With my training methods, I first teach the dog what I want to see from them by guiding them into positive and rewarding behaviors. I believe by implementing structure, routine, guidance, physical exercise and mental stimulations will provide enough of an outlet to channel your dogs’ energy, habits and behaviors in a positive direction for success. My goal is to teach the dog to be independent thinkers and decision makers. With the right guidance and support, they will perform tasks individually and behave because they have respect for their pack leader, YOU. My plan is to bring each dog to their personal best and to perform tasks because their handler/owner has value to them. I want the dog to be happy while they work, and by doing so we are building a long lasting, trusting, and strong relationship.

I specialize in Advanced Obedience, I offer In-Home Dog Training, On-Site Private Lessons, and Board and Train Programs out of my home in Torrington, Connecticut. With these efforts, I am partnering with Muddy Moose Rescue based out of Winsted, Connecticut to foster rescue dogs and help rehabilitate them from traumatic events, the street or other unfortunate circumstances to learn how to properly behave in someone’s home, around adults and children, and other animals.
